01 What is HIZIÄ PRO?
HIZIÄ PRO is Hiziä's official partner program, created for those who want to earn money by referring and/or reselling the brand's products.
As a PRO, you have access to special purchase conditions, communication materials, support from the Hiziä team, and the possibility of creating a new source of income with your recommendations and sales.
02 What is the difference between the HW code and the HP code?
HW Code:This is your referral code, used by customers who buy directly from the Hiziä website. Whenever someone uses your HW code at the time of purchase, you receive a commission on the sales generated.
HP Code:This is your PRO purchase code, with special conditions for acquiring products for professional use, for your application work, or to build your stock, whenever and in whatever quantities you want.
03 Is there a cost to participate in the program?
No. Participation in HIZIÄ PRO is 100% free.
You don't pay any membership fee or monthly fees to be part of the program.
04 Do I need to have stock to get started?
You don't need to have stock to start.
You can begin simply by indicating the brand with your HW code, without buying products in advance.
If you want, later on you can use the HP code to build your own stock, increase your profit margin, or use the products in your services and applications.
05 Can I use the HW code to sell online?
Yes. The HW code was created precisely to facilitate online sales.
You can share your code:

The customer buys through the Hiziä website, enters your HW code at checkout, and you receive the commission for the sale.
06 How and when do I receive my commissions?
Commissions generated with your HW code are calculated by Hiziä and paid periodically, according to the program's schedule (for example, once a month).
Payment can be made by:
- bank transfer
- PayPal
- MB Way
- or another payment method registered in your account
Commissions are paid whenever you reach the minimum amount set for payment.
07 Does Hiziä offer support or training for HIZIÄ PRO?

After you submit the form:

- If everything is correct, you will receive confirmation, start instructions, and your HIZIÄ PRO codes directly via email and/or WhatsApp.
09 Who can be a HIZIÄ PRO?
The HIZIÄ PRO program is suitable for:

- beauty salons and spas
- freelancers in the area
- content creators and influencers
- end customers who already use and love the brand and want to recommend it.
Anyone of legal age can apply, provided they accept the program rules.
10 Do I have any minimum sales or purchasing targets?
Generally speaking, buying stock isn't mandatory to stay in the program.
What is required is:
- a minimum commission amount is required for the payment to be processed.
- Occasionally, specific campaigns or goals will be implemented during certain periods, always communicated by Hiziä in advance.
11 How do I track my sales and commissions?
Hiziä provides information about sales made using your HW code and the commissions generated in each reporting period.
Details on how to track your progress (reports, dedicated area, contact with the team, etc.) are provided after your registration in the program is approved.
12 What happens if the customer doesn't enter my HW code during the purchase?
For the sale to be associated with you, the customer needs to enter your HW code (or use your link, if that option is available) when finalizing the purchase.
If the code is not used, the sale cannot be counted towards your commission.
Therefore, it is important to always reinforce with the customer that they must use your code when completing the purchase.
13 I'm already a professional (beautician, therapist, hairdresser, etc.). What are the advantages for me?
If you're already a professional, HIZIÄ PRO can offer several advantages:

14 Can I participate in HIZIÄ PRO even if I work with other brands?

- if the conditions of other partnerships allow participation in programs such as HIZIÄ PRO
15 Can I cancel my participation in the program?
Yes. You can request to leave the HIZIÄ PRO program at any time through Hiziä's official contact channels.
After cancellation:
- Any outstanding commissions are subject to the rules in effect on the date of your departure.
- Your codes and special conditions are no longer active.
